As a seasoned ventures builder, Mr Alan CHEUNG Yick Lun, MH, Chairman and Managing Director of Grandion Group, shared his valuable insights on the transformative power of entrepreneurship in fostering positive change and creating shared value for diverse stakeholders.

From conceptualisation to implementation, Mr Cheung delved into the strategies and frameworks he has developed for identifying promising business ideas, assembling talented teams, and nurturing ventures that not only yield financial returns but also deliver societal benefits.

Mr Cheung introduced the acronym "ESPIRITS", which stands for Empathy, Social Awareness & Networking, Proactiveness & Persistence, Innovation, Resilience & Respect, Information & Technology-driven, Team-building; and Sustainability. This framework encourages participants to embrace sustainable and socially responsible practices in response to the rapidly evolving business landscape.
